　　Nowadays, with the society becoming increasingly competitive, there is a discussion about which should be a top priority when an increasing number of people are pursuing personal success. From my perspective, there is no doubt in saying that persistence will, directly or indirectly, bring a great influence on individuals’ all-round development.

　　So what are the reasons supporting my argument? The most important factor to be considered is that individuals with strong willpower tend to be more optimistic. There is no doubt that a positive attitude plays an indispensable role in leading to the phenomenon. In the second place, it is also of great importance to consider the fact that the challenges and setbacks cannot be ignored on the road to success. A host of leaders are living proof that being persistent is part and parcel in dealing with difficulty. In the last place, importance should be attached to the role played by the civilized social atmosphere where continuous efforts are seen as the foundation of sustainable development. The factors mentioned above are the main driving forces behind the issue.

　　Based on what is mentioned above, we can come to a conclusion: we must attach great importance to the role played by persistent endeavors. Only by doing this can we make remarkable progress in our personal achievements.

　　如今，隨著社會(huì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，在越來(lái)越多的人追求個(gè)人成功時(shí)，人們正在討論哪些應(yīng)該是頭等大事。在我看來(lái)，堅(jiān)持將直接或間接地對(duì)個(gè)人的全面發(fā)展產(chǎn)生巨大影響，這是毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)的。

　　那么，支持我的論點(diǎn)的原因是什么？要考慮的最重要因素是，意志堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的人往往更樂(lè)觀。毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，積極的態(tài)度在導(dǎo)致這一現(xiàn)象方面起著不可或缺的作用。第二，挑戰(zhàn)和挫折在通往成功的道路上不能忽視的，這一點(diǎn)也非常重要。許多領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人是活例子：堅(jiān)持是解決困難的必要部分。最后，應(yīng)重視文明社會(huì)氛圍所發(fā)揮的作用，在這種氛圍中，不斷努力被視為可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。上述因素是該問(wèn)題背后的主要原因。
